OUR SCHOOL
Aastha Public School, established in 2006 has become a school with a difference among the other educational institution in western Odisha. The progress is really visible in qualitative and quantitative terms. The school management committee along with the worthy team of teachers, work at their best to provide quality education to the deserving children of this locality. Finally, this task has become the vision of this organisation. No matter how many times the system of education undergoes a metamorphosis, it can never change this true and beautiful relationship of a student and a teacher. When experience coincides with knowledge, pragmatic education brings into play. It becomes the duty of every school to cater the qualitative education with a promise to promote all round development of the child in mind body and spirit. The school is located in a lush green area of Belpada in Bolangir District.
Chairman's Message
The entire purpose of education is not to restrict itself to imparting bookish knowledge only but inculcate humanitarian values like wisdom, compassion, courage, humility, integrity and reliability in a student. We, just like you, believe in holistic education for your child, encompassing – academics, co-curricular activities, sports education and life-skills learning. Our endeavor is to strike a balance between state-of-the-art infrastructure and an internationally acceptable education.
At AASTHA Public School we impart education that is based on conscience and we rear a breed of young minds that are bustling with self confidence, motivation and ever ready to take up challenges.
The campus, sports and academic facilities all bear testimony to this effort. In order to promote an nationally acceptable education, our key focus has been on faculty development – providing continuous teacher training in order to deliver real value education and excellence in academics. Teachers are trained not only to teach well but are also expected to inspire confidence and trust in their students and become role models. Further, the School inculcates in the students a respect for tradition and ensures discipline and good manners.

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to AASTHA Public School (APS) Website. We have tried to create an online resource that provides all relevant information about APS, and I hope that as you peruse through the contents of this website, you will get a sense of the rich flavour of life at our school.
At APS all aspects of our educational processes are carefully designed to cultivate and stimulate the intellectual, social, and personal development of the most important stakeholders at this institution; the students. Our students learn the CBSE curriculum. We are a not-for-profit school so all financial surpluses are reinvested in the education of today’s and tomorrow’s students.
We are passionate about creating a ‘learning’ institution that is dynamic and constantly seeking excellence to meet the needs of the present as well as the future, while learning from the ethical and moral value systems of the Indian past. APS is committed to the complete development of a student; this includes academic knowledge, social skills, intellectual curiosity, Physical endurance and a special emphasis on self-discovery.
We promote tolerance, mutual respect and international-mindedness. It is our commitment to mould children to be open to thinking globally and be prepared for life anywhere in the world. We believe that self-discipline is more sustainable than imposed discipline and hence there is no authoritarianism in our school. In our scheme of things we promote high standards of achievement and provide space for our students to flourish.
